  • You must not share your account with unauthorized persons or allow others to misuse your account.
  • If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact us immediately.

4. Service Orders

Vib Tools offers professional services such as website development, landing page design, graphics design, email marketing support, Facebook marketing, Google Ads support, SMS marketing, Python automation, SMTP relay guidance, domain-hosting support, business consultation, and e-commerce setup.

  • Each service may have separate package details, pricing, delivery timeline, features, revision limits, and required customer information.
  • Delivery time starts only after order confirmation, required information submission, and successful payment verification where applicable.
  • Delay may occur if the customer does not provide required content, access, credentials, files, brand materials, approvals, or timely feedback.
  • Service scope is limited to the selected package unless both parties agree to additional work.
  • Extra features, urgent delivery, repeated revisions, additional pages, third-party costs, paid plugins, paid themes, hosting, domain, advertising budget, API fees, or external service fees may require additional payment.

5. Customer Materials and Project Requirements

For service delivery, you may need to provide text, images, logos, brand guidelines, access credentials, domain/hosting details, advertising account access, email account details, API keys, business information, campaign data, or other project materials.

  • You confirm that you have the legal right to provide and use all materials submitted to Vib Tools.
  • You must not submit copyrighted, illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized materials.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, product details, pricing, offers, claims, campaign content, and legal notices supplied by you.
  • We may refuse to work with content that appears unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, spam-related, or inconsistent with our acceptable use standards.

6. Payments and Manual Verification

Vib Tools may support manual payment methods, mobile financial services, bank transfer, crypto payment instructions, or other payment gateways as configured by the administrator. Payment availability may vary by location, service type, gateway status, and operational policy.

  • You must submit correct transaction ID, sender details, payment screenshot, amount, payment method, and order information when required.
  • Submitting false, edited, reused, incomplete, or misleading payment proof may result in order rejection, account restriction, or further verification.
  • Orders are approved only after successful payment verification or admin approval.
  • Payment confirmation may take time depending on payment method, gateway, screenshot quality, transaction validity, and admin review workload.
  • Vib Tools is not responsible for payment sent to a wrong number, wrong address, wrong account, wrong network, incorrect transaction reference, or unauthorized third party.

7. Pricing, Offers, and Availability

  • Prices, discounts, coupons, service packages, tool access, and promotional offers may change at any time.
  • A listed price does not guarantee availability until the order is confirmed and payment is verified.
  • Coupons, promotional discounts, and special offers may have expiry dates, usage limits, category restrictions, or admin approval requirements.
  • We may correct pricing, package, or description errors before confirming an order.

8. Delivery and Download Access

Approved tools, licenses, service files, project deliverables, and related materials may be delivered through the customer dashboard, protected file links, service order delivery section, email, or other approved communication channels.

  • Download access may require login, verified order status, active license, or admin approval.
  • Private delivery links and files are for the approved customer only.
  • You must download and preserve your delivery files responsibly within the available access period.
  • We may restrict or remove access if misuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback, fraud, or violation is detected.

9. Refund, Cancellation, and Revision Policy

Because Vib Tools provides digital products, license access, custom services, and manual work, refund and cancellation eligibility depends on order type, delivery status, payment verification, and work progress.

  • Before work starts or before digital access is delivered, cancellation may be reviewed upon request.
  • After software, license, protected file, digital product, or service delivery has been provided, refunds may be limited or unavailable unless required by applicable law or approved by Vib Tools.
  • For custom service orders, refund eligibility may be reduced once planning, design, development, campaign setup, automation work, or consultation has started.
  • Revision requests must stay within the original service scope and selected package.
  • Major changes, new requirements, new pages, new designs, new campaigns, additional integrations, or repeated revision cycles may require additional charges.
  • Payment gateway charges, transfer fees, crypto network fees, third-party service fees, hosting/domain costs, paid tools, paid plugins, advertising budget, or external charges may be non-refundable.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Vib Tools responsibly, lawfully, and professionally. You must not use our tools, services, platform, files, or support system for illegal, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

  • You must not use our services for spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, hacking, unauthorized access, fake payment proof, deceptive marketing, or illegal automation.
  • You must not test, attack, scan, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with platform security, user accounts, admin systems, downloads, payment flow, or service delivery systems.
  • You must not upload or submit harmful code, malicious files, stolen data, fake identity documents, misleading content, or unlawful materials.
  • You must not use email, SMS, SMTP, marketing, or automation-related services in violation of consent requirements, platform policies, telecommunications rules, anti-spam standards, or applicable laws.
  • You must not resell, share, leak, distribute, or commercially exploit private files, licenses, software, delivery materials, or project assets without authorization.

11. Email, SMS, Marketing, and Advertising Services

Customers using email marketing, SMTP, SMS marketing, Facebook marketing, Google Ads, or similar services are responsible for ensuring that their contact lists, audiences, campaign content, offers, landing pages, sender details, and business claims are lawful, accurate, and permission-based.

  • You must use valid consent-based recipient data where required.
  • You must not use purchased, scraped, stolen, unauthorized, or misleading contact lists.
  • You are responsible for unsubscribe handling, customer complaints, advertising policy compliance, and campaign claims.
  • We may refuse or stop any campaign that appears abusive, fraudulent, spam-related, restricted, or legally risky.

12. Third-Party Services

Some services may require third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, email providers, SMTP services, analytics tools, advertising platforms, chat widgets, APIs, plugins, themes, or CDN libraries.

  • Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, limits, and technical rules.
  • Vib Tools is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account suspension, pricing changes, verification delays, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining ownership, billing, access, and compliance for third-party accounts used in your project unless otherwise agreed.

13. Intellectual Property

  • The Vib Tools brand, website design, platform structure, software, tools, content, text, graphics, workflows, and internal systems are protected by applicable intellectual property principles.
  • Customers must not copy, clone, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Vib Tools materials without permission.
  • For custom projects, ownership or usage rights of final deliverables may depend on the selected package, full payment, third-party license terms, and agreed project scope.
  • We may display non-confidential work as portfolio or case study unless the customer requests confidentiality and we agree to it in writing.

14. Support and Communication

Support may be provided through the customer dashboard, support tickets, contact forms, service order notes, notifications, or email where enabled.

  • Response time may vary depending on order volume, service complexity, verification needs, holidays, technical issues, or workload.
  • Customers should provide clear information, screenshots, order numbers, transaction references, and relevant details to receive faster support.
  • Abusive, threatening, misleading, or repeated spam communication may result in support limitation or account restriction.

15. Security and Platform Integrity

We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect the platform, customer accounts, private files, payment verification records, and service delivery workflow. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely error-free or risk-free.

  • You must not attempt to bypass authentication, payment verification, license restrictions, file access rules, or admin controls.
  • You must not attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, or unauthorized access paths.
  • If you discover a security issue, you should report it responsibly to support@vib.tools.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vib Tools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages including loss of profit, data loss, campaign failure, third-party account suspension, service interruption, payment error, or misuse of delivered materials.

Our total liability for a specific order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific order, unless a higher liability is required by applicable law.

17. Customer Responsibility and Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for your account activity, submitted materials, campaign data, payment information, use of tools, third-party accounts, and compliance with applicable laws. You also agree to protect Vib Tools from claims, losses, complaints, penalties, or damages arising from your unlawful use, false information, abusive activity, copyright violation, marketing violation, or breach of these terms.

18. Suspension, Restriction, or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, cancel, or terminate access to accounts, orders, tools, downloads, services, or support if we reasonably believe there is fraud, payment dispute, abuse, security risk, illegal activity, unauthorized sharing, breach of terms, or harmful conduct.

19. Changes to Terms

Vib Tools may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time for legal, technical, security, operational, or business reasons. Updated terms may be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, as amended from time to time. Any dispute should first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication with Vib Tools support.
